Photography has always been a passion of mine. Being able to freeze a moment in time during this fast-paced life really speaks to me.

I tend to gravitate most towards capturing natural, candid moments because much like life you can't perfectly plan or force anything. Some of the best shots come from going with the flow. This comes in handy when photographing children & pets! I'm obsessed with sunset, sky, tree, flower or landscape photography (in general), because I'm bit of a nature nerd and find the great outdoors the perfect place to regroup & recharge. I also love taking dog portraits, which may be attributed to my day job as a dog walker for Charleston Dog Walking Co. overlapping into my creative profession of capturing.  

The name Lauralie, (pronounced lor-a-lye), is near and dear to this Daddy's girl's heart since it's the nickname my Dad has always called me. Therefore, Lauralie Photography is a tribute to my Dad who has always inspired me to go after what makes me happy and that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Gotta give a shout out to my Momma, too! She's beyond supportive and incredibly loving. I lucked out in a major way! Thanks for being so great:)
